Hypothesis
By provide the user with visual continuity between the advertising and online experience, the addition of personality into an otherwise dull process of comparison/managing finance or of general signposting of important information/new functionality.

To create innovative and engaging ways to incorporate the meerkats into the Compare The Market comparison form, without disrupting the user's journey.
My role
I created two editions; The Gold Edition showed a more interactive approach, combined with wit and humour, whilst the Bronze Edition incorporated Sergei as a helper as the form progresses.

Once designed, I built the concepts in Axure, ready for user testing.
​
Results: Both Bronze and Gold Edition were favoured, providing comfort and reassure. As well as aiding users in completing the journey; ease of use, right choice, task completion.
​
Bronze was favoured in the end due to ease of build and didn't distract the user from their task.
